What is the best short and long term outcome for BTC + Chinese miners?

I don't understand all the technical details of the current situation but I know how the large Chinese mining pools operate has a big effect on the future of bitcoin.
If you had to get a message across to the Chinese, what would you say? How would you explain your point of view to a Chinese student with just a few hundred USD of Bitcoin holdings? What to say to the heads of the mining pools?
I live in Asia and have enough free time to get short documents and infographics translated.
Conversations in /BTC are sprawling and hard to decipher. Chinese readers can't always understand the slang. I have my own opinions, but I want to read what everyone says. I've seen debates about classic blocks etc but they are hard to understand. How to explain that to a non-technical reade or convince a mining head?
They might even end up reading this thread, so I would keep comments fact based, solution oriented + clear.
What are the obstacles? How could the Asian mining pools help? Why would it benefit them?
Just an idea. I have a stake in this like everyone.
¯_(ツ)_/¯
BTW, been promoting Bitcoin since 2011 when it was at 6USD. I made this mini-documentary a few years back. It has a BTC clip from about 6 mins. Someone else made the Bitcoin cartoon clip... but just to show a track record. I was Fog Fence on Bitcointalk.
